Covid Customer Advice We have made a number of changes to ensure we are Covid compliant and a safe space for customers and staff, please read the below before your arrival:
Please try to book in advance via our online booking system.
Hand sanitiser is available at the main entrance.
Entrance to the brasserie is one way. Please wait to be seated. Service will be table service only. Please don t approach the bar (we don t object to a wave if you need our attention!).
For drinks on the terrace please use the Spikes window to order and observe social distancing if queuing. The Glass House garden has been designated as a drink s only area and table service is not offered in this area. Table service will be offered for food orders from the terrace.
We are lucky that we have so much open space inside and on the terrace, we have opened up into the Glass House reception space and gardens to extend this further and there is at least 1.5 metres between tables inside.
Please try to order drinks and food together where possible. All condiments will be disposable and our physical menus wipeable and sanitised after each use.
Please try to pay contactless where possible.
Having a clean and sanitised environment will take precedence in all aspects of our service to you, so please be patient and allow us to follow our protocols.
